What You’ll Do Set up, operate, and troubleshoot complex production equipment Diagnose and repair mechanical systems to ensure optimal efficiency Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve processes Lead by example in safety, quality, and operational excellence Help develop and train others on standard operating procedures What We’re Looking For Experience: 3+ years with an AA in a mechanical/manufacturing field, or 5+ years with a high school diploma in plastics manufacturing Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, and familiarity with OE tools Mindset: Team-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement Bonus: Experience as a Machine Operator III, Lead Operator, or in Maintenance Why Join Us?
