Process Technician

4-10 Schedule : 5:30am-4pm Monday-Thursday

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Process Technician to optimize and maintain our manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will work closely with the production team to improve efficiency, quality, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

•\tDevelop and implement process improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency.

•\tMonitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement.

•\tCollaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve process-related issues.

•\tMaintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.

•\tTrain production staff on new processes and equipment.

•\tEnsure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

•\tExperience in process technician roles within the electronics manufacturing industry.

•\tStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•\tFamiliarity with lean manufacturing principles and quality control systems.

•\tExcellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
