Responsible for supporting production activities by ensuring minimal equipment downtime and maintaining operational readiness. Exhibits a strong sense of urgency in restoring equipment functionality for production use. Performs scheduled preventive maintenance prior to due dates. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** + Activities include support in setting-up, calibrating and operating basic machines and equipment, following production schedules and quality standards, monitoring production processes, and troubleshooting simple production problems. + Troubleshoots and resolves basic technical problems from the product line/process to minimize reject levels and escalates problems when necessary. + Conducts preventive maintenance on equipment, by cleaning, adjusting, repairing, calibrating and replacing parts. + Resolves resolution of problems including identifying causes to prevent re-occurrence. Identifies and resolve maintenance issues; escalate issues when appropriate. + Maintains a Safety-First mindset in all tasks and decisions to ensure a secure working environment. **QUALIFICATIONS** Education Education Level Major/Field of Study or Equivalent High School Diploma / GED Experience/Background No Experience The base pay for this position is $18.45 – $36.85 per hour.
