Dare to learn new skills, advance in your career and make an impact at Henkel. **What you´ll do** As a Process Technician, you will work with the HPS Engineers and Cell Teams to deliver results in OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), QCO/SMED (Quick Changeovers/Single Minute Exchange of Dies), yield, safety, and quality through equipment optimization and process improvements. This position will report to the HPS Lead, be a member of the HPS department team, and work closely with HPS Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Automation Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, and Operations, and is approximately 80% hands-on and 20% administrative/training. Team/Technical/Operational + Knowledge of HPS and PM skills preferred, such as AM (Autonomous Maintenance): CILT, CL, DH (Defect Handling), Daily Management System/SIM (Short Interval Management) Process, QCO, and PS. + Train technicians on basic technical skills. + Participate in training program requirements to learn new technologies and to improve technical and communication skills. + 3-5 years of previous experience in a technical support and/or maintenance role within a manufacturing environment + Demonstrated proficiency in the use of a computer, including Microsoft Word, Excel + Ability to learn and apply advanced control concepts in order to support the manufacturing process + Demonstrated problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills; ability to resolve issues independently and understand when additional support is needed **What makes you a good fit** + Must have a high school diploma or GED. + Knowledge of Continuous Improvement and Preventative Maintenance skills is preferred, such as Autonomous + Maintenance (AM), CILT, CL, Defect Handling (DH), Daily Management System/SIM (Short Interval Management) Process, and QCO. + Must have demonstrated problem solving, analytical, and decision-making skills; resolves issues independently and understands when additional support is needed. + Must have intermediate to advanced skills in mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, working knowledge of plant equipment and processes. + Must have the willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including extended shifts, weekends, and holidays, if necessary, including moving to another shift to balance skills, results, and training opportunities. **Some benefits of joining Henkel** + **Health Insurance:** affordable plans for medical, dental, vision and wellbeing starting on day one. + **Work-Life Balance:** Paid time off including sick time, vacation time and holiday time + **Financial:** 401k matching, employee share plan with voluntary investment and Henkel matching shares, annual performance bonus, service awards and student loan reimbursement + **Family Support:** 12-week gender neutral parental leave, fertility support, adoption & surrogacy reimbursement, discounted child and elderly care, and scholarships + **Career Growth:** skill development programs, promotional opportunities and tuition reimbursement The pay range for this role is **$27.00 - $34.00 an hour** . This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.
