This process technician is responsible for setting up, monitoring, and optimizing plastic injection molding machines and related equipment. This role ensures consistent production quality, supports troubleshooting efforts, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives. **Responsibilities** + Manage and operate thermoforming machines within the plant. + Shadow the current technician to gain knowledge and expertise. + Set up machines by changing tools for different jobs. + Set stops on machine beds and change dies. + Adjust machine components as necessary. + Run jobs and conduct quality checks before passing operations to the line operator. + Handle vacuum forming and air molding processes across multiple industries, including Automotive, Consumer Products, and Food & Beverage. **Skills & Qualifications** + 5-7 years of experience as a Process Technician or Thermoforming Technician. + Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools. + 2-3 years of experience conducting quality checks on parts according to prints. + Expertise in machine setup, quality checking, controls troubleshooting, mechanical aptitude, and preventive maintenance. + Experience with injection molding, pneumatics, and robotics. + Knowledge of thermoforming processes and plastic materials. **Why Work Here?** Join a small, family-owned company that truly invests in its people.
