As a **Process Support Engineer (PSE)** , you’ll play a key role in guiding products through the entire lifecycle, from initial concept to final qualification. As a PSE, you will optimize product recipes to ensure peak performance tailored to our customer’s needs. You will collaborate with our globally recognized R&D teams and work directly with customers in their fabrication facilities to create cutting-edge solutions. Process Support Engineers work across technologies such as: Chemical Vapor Deposition, Atomic Layer Deposition, Plasma Reactive Ion Etch, Physical Vapor Deposition, Anneal and Implant.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Serves as liaison between the customer and the Business Unit for assigned projects, ensuring clear understanding of customer issues and delivery of applicable solutions.
+ Works closely with customer and field service engineers to optimize tool performance to meet customer process and integration requirements.
+ Utilize data extracted from our equipment and process results to adjust and improve performance. Utilize statistical data to analyze and monitor process trends.
+ Provides customer support through the performance of on-site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
+ Apply your growing knowledge of best practices to offer a new perspective using existing solutions.
+ Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders like R&D, field service, manufacturing, etc.
**Requirements**
+ PhD/ Master/ Bachelor in Engineering studies
+ Resourceful, proactive and willing to learn mindset
+ Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
+ Past research or internship experiences in semiconductor process will be an added advantage
**Work Location**
+ North or East (Will be based at customer's location)
