Job DescriptionAs a Process Specialist Engineer – Final Assembly, you will play a key role in shaping robust, efficient, and future-ready manufacturing processes within an international production network.
Your contribution to something big:
Contributing to the development and implementation of new technologies within simultaneous engineering projects.Actively participating in the International Production Network (IPN), collaborating with global plants and stakeholders.Leading and coordinating plant-related activities within the IPN.Driving continuous improvement of equipment, products, and manufacturing processes.Defining process parameters, controls, and quality standards.Supporting machine and equipment specification, supplier selection, and purchasing processes.Participating in industrialization milestones and ensuring smooth process implementation.Monitoring process performance and manufacturing costs.Working in multidisciplinary teams to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.Applying quality and process tools such as Control Plans, FMEA, and Process Guidelines.Collaborating closely with product development teams to ensure manufacturability and process robustness.QualificationsWhat distinguishes you:
Education
Master’s degree in Engineering (e.g. Mechanical, Mechatronics, Physics or similar).Experience
Experience in a production or manufacturing environment, ideally in final assembly or industrialization.Know-how
Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.Experience with SPC (Statistical Process Control).Good understanding of data analytics applied to manufacturing.Knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).Familiarity with vision systems is a plus.Languages
Good command of English, both written and spoken.Working Style and Methods
