The Role
As a Process Specialist at Kyndryl, you will enhance operational efficiency and help drive business transformation for our customers. You’ll execute daily process transactions with rigor, then step back to diagnose bottlenecks, implement best practices, and scale improvements across teams. You combine strong operational discipline with curiosity and a data‑driven approach to continually raise the bar on quality, speed, and compliance.
What you will doLead end‑to‑end process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and reduce cycle time.
Analyze workflows, surface bottlenecks, and recommend automation opportunities that deliver measurable impact.
Execute daily process transactions accurately and on time while monitoring adherence to controls and compliance requirements.
Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures and process maps; ensure audit‑ready records.
Partner with cross‑functional teams (operations, delivery, compliance, finance, IT) to implement changes and drive adoption.
Track KPIs/SLAs and produce post‑implementation reports that quantify performance gains and lessons learned.
Champion best practices and ensure alignment to Kyndryl standards, policies, and controls.

Required Technical and Professional Experience
3–5 years in IT systems, process optimization, business operations, or related roles.
Minimum 3 years working with asset management and/or configuration management processes.
Proven track record leading successful process improvement projects in enterprise environments.
Hands‑on experience with automation or digital transformation initiatives.
Deep knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies and tools.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong skills in Microsoft Visio for process mapping and analysis.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and root‑cause analysis skills with a data‑driven mindset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for cross‑functional teamwork.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Experience interpreting and operationalizing compliance controls in regulated environments.
Familiarity with configuration/asset repositories and CMDB practices.
Exposure to automation platforms or scripting used to accelerate process execution.
