Job Description
Position Summary :
As a Process SI Growth Leader, you will drive sub-regional Smart Process Initiative strategies and execution to accelerate growth across offerings such as ControlLogix, process order pull-through, power, cybersecurity, digital solutions, MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management), and contracts, through our partner ecosystem.
You will work with the LCS, SWC (Software & Control), Market Access, ITD (Intelligent Devices), CDM (Cyber, Digital, MOM), Sales Business Leaders and other key stakeholders in Korea to ensure the implementation and ongoing support of Sales strategies to focus on Smart process.
You will accelerate the RA Process installed base and grow the sales of Smart Process concept within the subregion and build relationship with Smart Process partners to achieve our growth targets.

What You'll Do :
Work with AP Smart Process Team and lead the strategies / plans around these projects in the sub-region.
Develop purpose-built on-the-job training programs that empower partners to independently provide and support solutions with confidence and competence.
Have technical and commercial enablement capabilities.
Provide support to develop specifications and architectures for full RA offerings.
Accomplish long-term business strategies (BSR) for expanding Smart process and implementing them in each of the sub-regions in Asia Pacific.
Be the conduit between the AP and Sub Regional Smart Process teams in defining the priorities and programs and deploying them.
Collaborate with Sales, Business Managers and other Key Stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies and focus to exceed annual operation plans (AOP) goals for Smart process targets.
Key Stakeholders include Sales Leadership, RA BU Commercial teams (LCS, ITD and SWC), Services Delivery/Operations, Marketing/Sales Operations and Channels Leadership.
Provide business development support (presentations, demonstrations/success stories) and provide sales tools / materials / coaching to help Sales to lead sales discussions / value messaging with SIs and Customers.
Communicate with Sales, Business Manager and Marketing teams to analyze competition, recommend new offerings, promotions, or suggest refinements for success.
Collaborate with the Commercial organization including strategic organizational planning, building / hiring domain expertise, development and retention of key talent, performance reviews and development.
Provide market intelligence on Smart process positioning and competitor information.
Manage and run workshops with SIs, work with SI Enablement Specialist to develop framework.
Manage and Achieve success metrics.
The Essentials - You Will Have :
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent.
10+ years of sales, business management or marketing experience preferably in automation industry with at least 5 years experience managing a team.
Track record in previous process industry specialization.
High level of expertise around Process in Product Marketing and Solution Selling Skills (Strategic Planning & Lifecycle Management) and Value-based Selling Skills, Disciplined Selling Process, Customer Solution-centric Selling Skills.
Basic knowledge of RA products and have technical skills to work with sub-regional SMEs and AP Process Partner enablement leader to build smart process architecture and specifications.
Knowledge in the Korea market and process industry.
General management experience with skills to guide and motivate individual contributors.
Lead transformational change management.
Proficiency to manage matrix reporting teams and multiple partners.
Experience with Rockwell Automation's channel and partners “go-to-market strategy”.
