Process Quality Supervisor
**What you’ll do:** 1.Quality Management Establish and maintain product quality assurance systems to meet company and customer requirements.Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.Monitor and control quality throughout the production process to ensure process stability. 2.Team Leadership Manage the PQE team, assign tasks, and provide guidance to enhance team capabilities.Organize training sessions to improve proficiency in quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, 8D). 3.Customer & Cross-Functional Communication Act as the primary interface for customer quality concerns, ensuring timely resolution.Collaborate with R&D, production, and supply chain teams to drive quality improvement projects. 4.Data Analysis & Reporting Collect and analyze quality data, identify trends, and propose improvement actions.Prepare and present quality performance reports to management for decision-making. 5.Continuous Improvement Promote E-ZDP and Six Sigma initiatives for Quality improvement.Identify potential risks and implement preventive measures to reduce quality costs." **Qualifications:** 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Electronics, Materials, or related fields. 2. Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. 3. Experience in automotive, electronics, or precision manufacturing industries. 4. Familiar with ISO9001, IATF16949 quality systems. 5. Proficient in quality tools (SPC, FMEA, 8D, PPAP,MSA,MSA). 6. Knowledge of APQP, Control Plan processes. 7. Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred. 8. Strong communication and coordination skills; experience in cross-functional project management. 9. Good English reading and writing skills for customer communication.
