MAU is hiring a Process Quality Engineer for our client in Greenville, SC. As a Process Quality Engineer, you will apply standard engineering techniques to support quality, efficiency, and documentation goals within a high-performance manufacturing environment. This is an 18-month, long-term contract opportunity with potential for direct hire.

Benefits Package Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid holidays Paid time off Shift Information Monday to Friday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Required Education and Experience Experience in manufacturing, specifically in assembly and/or machining Demonstrated experience in process improvement initiatives Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Aerospace Engineering General Requirements Ability to read, analyze, and interpret engineering drawings, data, and technical procedures Ability to write detailed process planning steps and develop work instruction methods Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer literacy Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills Essential Functions Document technical data for assigned components, assemblies, and/or systems in compliance with quality standards Lead and implement multiple concurrent process improvement projects independently or within multifunctional teams Provide advanced quality engineering support for processes or automated equipment Apply standard engineering practices to achieve defined quality, quantity, and timeliness targets Conduct training sessions on quality assurance tools and concepts Maintain and enforce up-to-date process documentation to ensure consistent quality within the assigned area Sponsorship is not available for this position.
