Your journey to a meaningful career starts with ZF LIFETEC Responsibilities: Customer Quality/Process Quality: + Customer liaison on quality issues and addressing customers’ issues. + To assist in the evaluation, development and implementation of quality processes and methods within manufacturing facilities. + To monitor and control statistical process control, continuous improvement activities. + To support internal and external system audits. + To review internal processes using Process Documentation such as Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plant etc. + To participate in developing Quality related documentation, systems, or training. + To develop reports such as Customer PPM reports, and other reports including QOS metric reports. + To coordinate product and process changes with customers. + Verify and approve APQP and PPAP documentation. + Interface and ensure quality tools and methodologies are implemented. + Drive Quality awareness as well as apply IATF 16949:2016 to the area of work. + Customer representative for special characteristic, quality objective, CAR/PAR, customer score card and customer portals. COP: Responsible for the management of the COP activities, create the COP procedure, support the COPS setup, training test technicians, release the testing report, quality issue analysis. + Work out the testing plan, support the DV/PV test for new project launching, arrange the COP test after SOP. + Create the COP procedure, integrate into quality system management. + New COP equipment acceptance, file the new equipment manuals, file the testing reports and retention of the machine running record. + COP equipment maintenance coordination, spare parts planning. + Participate in the machine issue analysis. + Arrange the testing based on the production plan; support the equipment calibration, verification. + Develop new fixture, follow up the progress of new fixture making, acceptance the tooling for new project. + Training COP technician on the tooling using, testing process, testing report archive. + COP test system setup with Engineering support. + Release the testing report for production. + Be aware of product, assembly process. + Analysis of quality issue with process engineers. + Work out the quality report. Report to Quality Manager on regular basis. + Find opportunity for improvement on assembly process, optimize the system. + Quality awareness as well as apply IATF 16949:2016 to the area of work. + Customer representative for special characteristic, quality objective, CAR/PAR, customer score card and customer portals.
