Process Coordinator overseeing root cause corrective action, change control, and review activities for multiple product development programs.

Job Requirements

Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action processes in a product development environment

Experience facilitating meetings and driving action item closure

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Experience using SharePoint for tracking issues, documentation, and reporting

Ability to work fully onsite in a manufacturing or engineering environment

Preferred Skills

Experience managing NCCA (or similar) processes, including scheduling, tracking, and closure validation

Background supporting assembly builds (DB, LPB, SOP) and documenting build issues

Familiarity with Design Reviews, DFMEAs, and Virtual RQAs

Experience generating program status reports and metrics for cross-functional teams

Job Responsibilities

Manage the root cause corrective action (NCCA) process for all supported product development programs, including scheduling, facilitating review meetings, tracking progress, communicating updates, and validating closure

Support product development teams by attending meetings, assisting with experimental builds, and documenting and tracking action items

Facilitate build issue, field test, and design reviews; monitor progress and ensure action items are robustly addressed

Generate regular progress reports and communicate outcomes across programs and stakeholder groups

Oversee Change Control activities for assigned programs, including managing SharePoint issues, leading meetings, daily reviews, status reports, and follow-up actions

Support assembly builds (DB, LPB, SOP) by documenting issues, tracking resolutions, and coordinating follow-up

Set up, facilitate, and follow up on Design Reviews and Virtual RQAs/DFMEAs as needed

Perform daily tasks including email correspondence, training, communications, attending core team and other meetings, and preparing monthly reports



Pay Details: $30.00 to $37.00 per hour
