Our team thrives on structure, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver efficient and scalable process solutions across the organization. **What You’ll Be Doing** + Designing and documenting operational processes using ITILv3 and ITILv4 frameworks + Collaborating with stakeholders to align business needs with process architecture + Deploying and integrating new processes within operational squads + Leading training sessions and workshops to onboard teams to new processes + Monitoring implementation phases to resolve bottlenecks and challenges + Reviewing existing processes and implementing continuous improvements + Conducting regular audits to ensure quality, compliance, and process accuracy + Maintaining up-to-date process documentation repositories + Facilitating communication across squads and fostering cross-functional alignment + Reporting performance metrics and improvement strategies to senior management + Promoting a culture of process ownership and operational excellence **What You’ll Bring Along** + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field + Minimum 3–5 years of experience in process management within IT or operational environments + ITILv3 and/or ITILv4 certification (required) + Proven experience in process design and management, ideally in an IT or operations environment + In-depth understanding of ITIL frameworks and their practical applications + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities + Effective communication and stakeholder management skills + Ability to train, coach, and influence team members + Proficiency in process mapping/documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) + Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical working style + Experience managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment + Passion for continuous improvement and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset + Natural leadership skills in team-oriented settings + Excellent command of both spoken and written English **What’s in it for you** ✔ New beginnings can be a challenge.
