We are looking for a Process Lead Fill & Finish who is visionary, results-driven, and technically skilled to join our Large Capital Projects Delivery team, based at our UCB campus in Braine-l’Alleud, Wallonia, Belgium.
About the Role
You will lead the development of a new state-of-the-art sterile injectables manufacturing facility as part of a strategic €200M+ investment program. You’re going to oversee the design, integration, and qualification of all process equipment, ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
Who You’ll Work With
You’ll collaborate with internal experts, external partners, suppliers, and cross-functional teams (quality, automation, engineering) to ensure project success. You will act as the primary point of contact for all Fill & Finish process decisions.

For this role, we’re looking for the following education, experience, and skillsDegree in engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or related field (Master or PhD)Minimum 10 years’ experience in CAPEX projects in biotech/pharma industryExpertise in aseptic filling, visual inspection, and sterile equipmentKnowledge of digital tools and automation for smart manufacturingPMP or equivalent project management certificationStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
