Process Lead

In this dynamic role, you will work closely with the IWS Cell Lead and take joint responsibility for driving continuous improvement in production. By analyzing manufacturing processes, collaborating with on-site experts, and monitoring key performance indicators, you will not only enhance operational efficiency but also contribute to strengthening and evolving the corporate culture.

Position:

 • Analyze production processes and create reports using large data sets to identify losses and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with on-site expert teams to develop and implement problem-solving strategies and sustainable standards.
• Support and coach the production cell in problem-solving methodologies (IPS, UPS, SWP) and effective use of data analysis tools.
• Contribute to driving cultural change towards autonomy and flat hierarchies in the production area.
• Support the Cell Lead in developing quarterly plans, KPIs, and performance targets.

Requirements

• Completed technical or business training, ideally with further education at HF/FH/University level.
• Knowledge and practical experience with analysis tools and evaluation of large data volumes.
• Familiarity with Continuous Improvement programs (Kaizen, TPM).
• Good MS Office skills; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset, precise working style, communicative, team-oriented, and independent.
