Process Lead

 

Position: The position holder is responsible for eliminating equipment losses, interpret and analyze production data, coordinating the development of standards and solving equipment problems. In this role, you will

 

Develop, implement, and maintain data collection and analysis systems for specific products and process parameters Analyze and structure data to identify process losses Improve process capability and control, define equipment standards, and coordinate change management Develop and coordinate instructions for solving technical issues on production equipment and share best practices across similar systems Collaborate with line managers to prioritize improvement opportunities Support daily operations by reporting results, identifying issues, and requesting resources to resolve losses Participate in planned shutdowns and product changes to standardize and optimize transitions Train line personnel on process or equipment change

 

Requirements:

 

Completed at least a three or four-year professional school (technical) Experienced in lean system methodology Fluency in English language Basic PC skills (MS Office applications)  Comfortable working in a dynamic workplace Responsible, with team-oriented mindset
