**Job Purpose**
The Manager of Process Integrity is responsible for supporting and executing strategies that ensure operational processes are consistent, compliant, and efficient across the organization. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking and strong interpersonal skills to build trust, influence without authority, and foster a culture of process excellence. Reporting to the Director of Process Integrity, this role plays a critical part in maintaining high standards of process design, implementation, monitoring, and improvement. The Manager will work cross-functionally with internal teams to assess processes, identify risks, and implement best practices that align with business and regulatory requirements.
**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
The Role’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to
+ Process Execution & Support - Assist in the implementation and oversight of standardized processes across departments to ensure integrity, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
+ Monitoring & Assessment - Conduct regular process reviews, audits, and assessments to identify deviations or inefficiencies. Recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions.
+ Data & Metrics Management - Track and analyze key process performance indicators (KPIs). Provide timely and actionable insights to leadership based on findings.
+ Compliance & Risk Mitigation - Support location risk assessments. Ensure that processes meet internal control standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies.
+ Continuous Improvement - Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
+ Training & Documentation - Develop training materials and deliver process integrity training to internal stakeholders. Maintain up-to-date process documentation and SOPs.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with teams across operations, quality, compliance, and IT to ensure process alignment and successful change implementation.
**Required Experience**
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, quality, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
+ 5–7 years of experience in process improvement, compliance, internal audit, or operations management.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to drive decisions.
+ Advanced in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
+ Effective communicator with experience collaborating across multiple departments and levels.
+ Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
+ Working knowledge of pipes, valves & fittings, oilfield and gas products.
**Working Conditions**
+ This position requires the ability to travel up to 80% to various company locations.
+ Able to work in the elements, such as in extreme temperatures (hot/cold).
+ May be exposed to loud noises.
+ Able to stand/sit for long periods of time.
+ PPE required.
