As a Welding Process Improvement Specialist, you'll have the chance to showcase your technical expertise while fostering relationships that drive growth across our diverse welding portfolio. The Process Improvement Specialist is a subject matter expert, who will be responsible for developing and executing value-based sales strategies aimed at increasing market share among significant end user accounts. The primary focus of this role will be on conducting manufacturing-level discovery within these accounts to identify opportunities for process improvement. The Process Improvement Specialist will effectively identify and document current manufacturing constraints in the **_welding environment_** and will develop, validate, and execute the most customer-advantageous solutions that will deliver value to the customer.
