All while understanding that **together** we are even better. **Shift** : Monday- Friday Full time 8am-5pm **Job Location** : Altamonte Springs, FL **The role you will contribute:** The Continuous Improvement Manager will lead initiatives that drive operational improvement across all HR Shared Services. Assist in achieving operational objectives and meeting HRSS strategic goals by contributing data and process analysis, overseeing and leading multiple internal projects, tracking and reporting results, organizing and facilitating HRSS initiatives. Exercise independent judgment in carrying out assignments that have significant impact in improving HRSS operational and system workflows. Act as key participant in change management process that includes managing, supervising, and leading a team of Analysts focused on creating sustainable business processes to support and improve efficiency and quality within HRSS **The value you will bring to the team:** + Work with HRSS functional leads and subject matter experts to identify and assess key issues that require intervention and improvement + Use analytic problem-solving approach that includes identification and execution of relevant quantitative analyses, interviews and surveys, and observations, together with developing process workflow diagrams + Develop and execute qualitative and quantitative analyses and oversee execution of analytics by others involved in the project or initiative. Synthesize findings and develop recommendations to improve operational and system workflows + Conduct effective interviews to support problem solving and solution development + Work closely with directors and managers in developing and executing communication workflows and strategies to keep HRSS leadership and staff informed of pertinent information, operational, system or business changes Develop/document project plans and timelines, hold project teams accountable for meeting deadlines and goals + Work effectively with the HRSS Project and Operations Director and other leaders to prioritize process improvement projects + Manage, supervise, and lead a team of Analysts focused on creating sustainable business processes to support and improve efficiency and quality within HRSS **The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:** Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, HR or related field 5 in project management, Process Improvement, Six Sigma or LEAN Practices + 1 year of management or lead responsibility Excellent written and oral presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive change through the use of facts and data Ability to lead by influencing, and motivating staff, project teams and workgroups to achieve project goals Proven track record of being able to work with employees, management and a diverse group of stakeholders Proven track record and demonstrates solid understanding of the fundamentals of project management and process improvement Advanced Excel and MS Office skills **Preferred Qualifications:** Consulting experience Project Management Professional (PMP) Six Sigma, LEAN or similar certification Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
