Responsibilities:
Build complete and accurate documentation of processes through collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders.
Schedule and facilitate meetings to understand new processes and investigate potential enhancements.
Develop change management plans to assist with new process adoption.
Assist leadership with oversight of initiatives related to new processes or program enhancements.
Research elements related to various ongoing projects.
Pay Details: $37.00 to $54.00 per hour
