Be part of the huge digital transformation at Bosch in the biggest sector „Mobility Solutions”

Due to the ERP Change from R3 to S/4HANA we’re looking for you to support us in the worldwide rollouts of our new Extended Warehouse Management System (SAP EWM) and Transport Management (SAP TM) in plants for productions supply of automotive parts (in Mobility company)

Act as process expert and consultant for global rollout projectsOrganize, execute and develop training modules for plant staffImplement processes (setup, testing, training, go-live, support)Connect operations with our IT-applications for best productivity and common standard  Consult to get standardized best-practice processes and IT solutions in our plants  Improve processes, take part in the Business Requirement ManagementUnderstand and consider interfaces to other modules and processes in ERP SystemMentoring and training new team members and ensuring their integration into the team

QualificationsExperience in warehouse operations sales & dispatch or experience in SAP S/4HANA modules EWM and TMHigh affinity towards processes & ITPassion to shape the future, open-minded, team-playerStrong interpersonal, communication and moderation skillsExperience in project management or rollout with E2E implementationExcellent English skills written and spokenWillingness to travel
