Job DescriptionProven ability to work on transactional processes related to HR & Payroll.Support US HR & Payroll teams with various benefits and reporting support.Experienced in supporting semi voice projects related to HR and Payroll for he North American Region.Ability to work on multiple HR & Payroll processes.Create process documents and monitor SLA’s for supporting projects.Maintain and improve key performance measures.Proactively manage customer issues related to the support requirement.

QualificationsTotal experience of 0-4 years.Bachelor’s degree (Any).Should have experience in managing HR or Payroll processes for US. Having work experience in Lawson will be an added advantage.Should have experience in managing project with semi voice support.Should have good logical reasoning and analytical skills.Should have passion to continuously learn and grow.Basic knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Good written and verbal communication.
