As a key player in the team, you’ll be responsible for driving process improvements, supporting change management initiatives, and enhancing operational excellence across various sectors. You will work on high-impact integration projects and contribute to optimising processes across diverse industries, driving measurable results for our clients. **Key Responsibilities:** + Carry out site surveys, investigations and feasibility studies for proposed projects. + Produce calculations, specifications and drawings to ensure that technical designs provide + appropriate solution. + Support specific project includes assisting with planning, budgeting, co-ordination and report writing. + Assist with communication and development on going contacts with clients as required. + Organise tender documents, assist in the evaluation of tenders and administration of + contracts. + Participate in process improvement initiatives, utilising best practices and innovative approaches to enhance operational performance. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and processes into current systems, enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness. + Utilise data-driven insights to propose and implement process enhancements. + Support operational excellence strategies, promoting continuous improvement **What You’ll Bring:** + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related engineering field + Proven experience (3 years) in process engineering or data analysis related role + Wastewater treatment project experience + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. + Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation. + Competent user of data analysis tools – Power BI, GIS etc… + Professional accreditation or working towards is preferred The Stantec community unites approximately 34,000 employees working in over 450 locations across six continents.
