Experience of Aluminium and Zinc alloys pressure diecasting & Gravity casting.Experience in secondary process undertaken on Al. / Zinc castings VIZ machining, painting, plating, chromatin, anodising etc.Experience of product zero based costing.Experience of new development in Al. and Zinc alloys.Vendor selection and assessment. Should have worked in ISO 9001/ IATF 16949 environment.Good understanding of Engineering drawings & standards , machining process ,GD&T, APQP , SAP and commercial aspect of process costing of products .Good computer knowledge.

 

Responsibility : Suitable candidate will be required to new products feasibility studies, quotes preparation, New product development , engineering changes.
