Join a high-impact team driving innovation in manufacturing. As a leader in the Process Department, you'll spearhead equipment upgrades, process optimization, and quality improvements using advanced Six Sigma methodologies. This role is central to transforming operations and delivering measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify and resolve process bottlenecks.
Drive end-to-end process improvements, including setup, validation, and audit systems.
Oversee quality issue resolution and resource allocation.
Manage and mentor the Plant Engineering Team to foster innovation and excellence.
Align engineering initiatives with business goals and communicate progress to leadership.
Champion continuous improvement through Six Sigma training and project coaching.
Promote a culture of inclusion, engagement, and accountability.
Business & Financial Acumen
Analyze market trends and develop strategic plans.
Solve complex problems with data-driven insights.
Interpret financial metrics (e.g., EBITDA) and manage budgets.
Evaluate cost-benefit of investments to support plant performance.

Skills and Requirements
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical or Manufacturing Engineering or related field
• Lean Six Sigma training/certification preferred
Experience:
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience as a Process Engineer in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Minimum three (3) years of experience leading/supervising/managing high-performance teams in a similar environment
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and develop others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong ability to establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and hold direct reports accountable for consistently achieving goals.
• Exceptional team motivator with the ability to energize and inspire teams to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions.
• Decisive and strategic thinker with the ability to make quick, well-informed decisions that drive positive organizational outcomes.
• Skilled in identifying problems and process improvement opportunities, coupled with the ability to develop and implement creative, effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and information effectively to diverse audiences, including customers and all levels of the organization.
• Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines under limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 10% of the time as needed to support organizational goals.
• Strong knowledge of machinery, including its design, functionality, and practical applications.
