These teams include Process Engineering (PE), Intelligent Automation (IA), and End-to-End Optimization (E2E), all of which are seeking co-op students to support ongoing efforts to enhance the delivery of products and services to our clients. As a member of one of these teams, you will collaborate in a team setting and focus on activities such as data collection, research, and analysis to assist in the design, testing, and implementation of organizational and process improvements. Note: All applicants will be considered for all three teams. Candidates are encouraged to state their team preferences within their application and/or interview; however, allocation will ultimately be made based on business needs. + **PE Team:** You will be responsible for supporting process improvement initiatives by applying tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Project Management. You’ll be part of a team that acts as internal consultants, partnering with stakeholders across the business to enhance operational efficiency in all areas. + **IA Team** : You will be responsible for applying analytical skills to report on the performance of existing automations. You’ll be part of a team that works with technology and business partners to make automation processes more efficient across the business. + **E2E Team:** You will be responsible for supporting end-to-end analysis to help optimize business processes and improve overall organizational performance through no- or low-tech enhancements.
