Now Hiring: Water Treatment Process Engineer
Primary Locations: Leola, PA & Horse Cave, KY | Travel Required (30–40%)

Are you experienced in water treatment and ready to make a direct impact across multiple production facilities? We’re seeking a Water Treatment Process Engineer to join our team and support our mission of maintaining safe, efficient, and sustainable water systems.

What You’ll Do:

In your first 6–12 months, you’ll:

Conduct on-site assessments of water loops at various production plants Train plant teams on water testing procedures and best practices Support annual contract negotiations related to water treatment services Troubleshoot corrosion, tooling, and water loss issues in process systems Collaborate with maintenance teams and occasionally with production staff Technical Focus: Boiler and feed water chemistry Process and chilled water loops Corrosion control and system troubleshooting No product development or CAD/simulation work required Who We’re Looking For: Requires one of the following: Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in engineering or related field of study and three (3) years of related engineering experience, OR Associate’s degree and nine (9) years of related engineering experience, OR Comparable experience, without a degree will be considered More or less experience can be considered for the Associate level or Senior level Process Engineer role Why Join Us?
