Program Overview:

Program Type: Fresh Graduates / Mid-Career ChangeDuration: 15 monthsAttachment: Local attachment to Pfizer Inc.Eligibility:Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent ResidentsHave no prior working experience in the biopharmaceutical sectorMid-Career Candidate: Graduated for at least 2 years prior to point of applicationTraining Allowances: CPF exempted

What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will:

Develop Manufacturing / Operating Instructions and necessary Standard Operating Procedures.Develop, maintain and troubleshoot the process control system recipe / models.Investigate, report and troubleshoot findings on both quality and EHS related issues observed during manufacturing, cleaning or during batch record review.Develop, implement and monitor robust preventive measures for processing issues.Play a proactive role in ensuring the site safety and quality standards are adhered to.Proactively monitor, identify, develop and implement improvements in processes and equipment.Communicate on a regular basis to the plant personnel on process updates.Train the process technicians and fellow process engineers on the process and procedures as required.  

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements):

Degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical Engineering or Degree in Science with Major in ChemistryProactive, with strong interpersonal skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft ApplicationsAbility to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements):

Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing environmentProcess Engineering and Technical KnowledgeFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologiesExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressureStrong sense of commitment and dedication, with sense of urgency to get things done and results-driven attitude
