This is a salaried exempt position.
Main Responsibilities: Comply fully with local and ADM’s safety regulations/standards and promote safety culture. Help ensure the department meets goals for (process) safety and health, environment, product quality, quantity, processing, costs and effectiveness Initiation, development and execution of process improvements and approved capital projects in close cooperation with key stakeholders within agreed budget and timeSupport day to day process activitiesEnsure full compliance with ADM project guidelines during project executionEnsure all process improvement projects comply with SHEQ requirements Liaise with CAPEX lead to supply required data, manage the database as well as draw learnings and benchmark opportunitiesRemains current with key process technology developments and equipment suppliers Report project status in agreed format and frequencySkills: Strong problem solving, diagnostic and analytical skills, with a results focused approachEffective communication skills and an excellent team playerFluent in English language is requiredGeneral knowledge of software applicationsAdditional Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in the fields of Chemistry, Food Processing, Production Manufacturing, Engineering, Technology, or other related field.1+ year of experience preferably in chemical, food, and feed production industries.1+ year of experience in Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality, production/process engineering, and project management.Excited about this role but don’t think you meet every requirement listed?
