The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for supporting all technical aspects of industrialization activities, managing/monitoring the process capabilities of part manufacturing with secondary processes and/or product assembly in New Product Introduction projects.
**Your role:**
+ Support all technical aspects of industrialization activities for part manufacturing, secondary processes, and product assembly
+ Ensure robustness in manufacturing and processes to meet new product requirements
+ Deliver technical industrialization outputs for NPI/PDLM projects, including:
Process requirement definitions
Verification and validation activities
Capability studies
Work instructions and control plans
Cycle time and manpower analysis
+ Identify bottlenecks and risks, initiating corrective actions in collaboration with cross-functional teams
+ Simplify product design for manufacturability while maintaining high OEE and low FOR
+ Hand over processes to Operations/Production after sustained, consistent performance
+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during production
**You're the right fit if you have :**
+ Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical/electronic Engineering
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Manufacturing or Operations environment across Engineering disciplines such as Industrial, Systems, Production, or Cost Engineering
**Preferred Skills:**
+ Manufacturing Principles & process optimization
+ Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) compliance
+ Master Data Management (MDM) for operational accuracy
+ Troubleshooting production issues and process bottlenecks
+ Quality Monitoring using statistical methods (e.g. Minitab)
+ Equipment Installations and commissioning
+ Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) support
+ Lean Manufacturing for waste reduction and efficiency
+ CAD Software expertise (SolidWorks)
+ FMEA & other risk assessment tools
**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This role is an onsite role.
