Job Description

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Support to improve KPI target or customer demand such as productivity, OEE, IDC,in manufacturing. (specific on testing processes)Technical support for machines and equipment (analysis and problem solving)Maintain ABS/ESP9 and ABS10M HU assembly line and apply standardization with local and IPN team.Lead and support System CIP local and IPN for ESP9 and ABS10M HU assembly lineCoordinate with internal and global cross functional team. (especially on testing and programming process)Support to review PFMEA and control plan for HU assembly line.Support ECR for manufacturing.Support new model / new customer project / flexible release or relocation project.Support new MAE

 

 

Qualifications

0-2 years experience in manufacturing of automotive industry

Good knowledge and experience using of IT Architecture in Manufacturing and CI

Lead testing and programming process and technology in ESP9 and ABS10M HU Final assembly line

Problem solving methods

Educational Background

Bachelor's degree with Electrical, Mechanical or mechatronics engineering background or related field

Special Skills

General basic mechanical skill, pneumatic knowledge, Programming C++, Python, Assembly processes.

Language Proficiency Level

Good English language (B2)
