**Job Description** This is a process engineering position that supports the EW-IMC Circuit Card factory. In this role you will support the assembly teams in conformal coat, manual assembly, and underfill adhesive operations. Daily task will include: + Factory floor support + Non-conformance dispositions using Paperless MES + Tool and fixture design + Process development + Machine programming + Customer/Program support + Data analysis and defect reduction strategies + Capital equipment support + Machine preventative maintenance **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Bachelor's in an engineering field + 2 years of experience in a circuit card factory or other manufacturing environment **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Knowledge or understanding of workmanship standards: IPC-610 and J-Std-001 for Class 3 applications + 3D printing knowledge **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $79365 - $134921 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
