Ensure that the operation obtains a process-based approach by applying continuous improvement, implementing, and coordinating projects that ensure an efficient operation and complying with the company's indicators, satisfying the requirements of our internal and external clients.
Education:Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
Experience:3 years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing related role
English level: Intermediate English

•Lean (Intermediate - Advanced).
•Balancing Lines (Basic - Intermediate).
•Core Tools (Desirable).
•Green Belt (Desirable).
•General knowledge of using Minitab.
•Management of Design Tools could be Solid Work or Inventor (Intermediate)
•Geometric Tolerances & interpretation of drawings (Intermediate)
•Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio, autocad, Project).
•Knowledge of tools for problem solving.
•Experience in Equipment / Product Transfers. (Intermediate)

+ Develop standard work systems.
+ Balance manufacturing lines based on time and movement recording studies.
+ Execute continuous improvement activities in multifunctional teams.
+ Guarantee the use of continuous improvement tools for the implementation of projects.
+ Develop and implement new products and processes.
+ Document manufacturing processes according to our document control system.
+ Ensure the training of new manufacturing processes for operational personnel.
+ Coordinate transfer of production lines or machinery.
+ Coordinate the transfer of Parker products from the business units.
+ Investigate and plan investment projects for new technologies.
+ Execute manufacturing samples for external clients.
+ Ensure compliance with the specifications of our clients.
+ Provide excellent service to internal and external clients.
+ Implementation CAPEX projects.
+ Review order backlog to ensure that production method is in placed (tools, CT, fixtures routing steps, etc)
