**JOB SUMMARY** Plan, coordinate, and assist with execution and implementation with regards to the business processes that need to be installed from a warehouse operations perspective. In that function, he/she is working closely together with his counterparts within the operations community as well as counterparts within the IT department. Handles simple to medium complex projects. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** + Develop processes and procedures to enhance and optimize warehouse logistics operations in line with our standard service offering and the business requirements of the client + Develop and review layouts of warehouse logistics flows and warehouse space + Conduct process design reviews to secure approvals + Lead the testing efforts from a warehouse perspective + Provide training and training documentation to workforce to who the solution will be deployed + Provide extensive go-live support during production implementation **QUALIFICATIONS** + Bachelor’s degree (degree in Logistics/ Industrial Engineering); Master's degree is highly desirable + 1 to 3 years’ experience of logistics processes + Strong communication and analytical skills + Good interpersonal, organizational and planning skills + Ability to work in a team environment with little supervision + Operational management experience is a competitive advantage + Knowledge of a Warehouse Management System and Labor Management System (SAP WM, Red Prairie, etc.) + Excellent PC skill in MS Access, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio, AutoCAD + MTM / MOST training. **PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS** + Work is primarily sedentary.
