As the Process Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the product interface with product development, contributing to the engineering change management process, supporting continuous improvement and production, and participating in the manufacturing engineering network. You will also design, implement, and monitor the production processes, ensuring the feasibility, productivity, and quality of the products.
Minimum education level
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably in production or mechanical engineeringProfessional Experience
At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the auto industrySkills and competencies

Administers and maintains stable processes in their area of expertise.
Problem solving, support in resolving daily issues with equipment, processes, and suppliers.
Recommendations for equipment and process issues in new programs.
Participation in the validation of tooling and equipment.
Participation in equipment sign-off.
Follow-up on prototype manufacturing.
Provide support to production in solving problems related to their expertise.
Analysis, development, and validation of process modifications.
Ensure the application of process standards.
Identify best practices in their area of expertise.
Equipment modifications to increase efficiency.
Identify process capability (production capacity).
Maintain the tooling and equipment capacity database.
Provide training to production personnel.
Identify risk points in machinery and equipment and eliminate those corresponding to their area of expertise.
Comply with the code of ethics and report any violations.
Comply with the administration code and report any violations.
