What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will:

Engage in process monitoring, safety and environmental improvements, process reliability enhancements, validation, and technology transfers. Conduct studies related to cost control and reduction, inventory management, and production record systems. Develop and implement plans for facility modifications to operating methods, providing technical knowledge and expertise. Support the development and management of training programs. Maintain the Commercial Products Laboratory area and equipment in a clean, safe, and functional order. Conduct and support Environment, Health & Safety, and quality-based investigations.Generate metrics, trend data, and develop solutions to challenges. 

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements):

BA/BS degree with any years of experience, or Associate's degree with 4+ years of experience, or high school diploma (or equivalent) with 6+ years of relevant experienceDemonstrated ability to lead people and processesLaboratory experience (testing, data reviewing, etc)Effective written and oral communicationKnowledge of Microsoft Applications

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements):

Experience in indirect leadership roles such as testing, team Subject Matter Expert, project lead, or training leadDemonstrated proficiency in computerized systems, with hands-on experience using Laboratory Information Management Systems and Quality Tracking SystemsAbility to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneouslyExperience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory complianceProficiency in data analysis and process improvement techniquesExperience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity. Demonstrated curiosity for exploring how these tools can improve outcomes and understanding of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
