We have an exciting opportunity for a driven Process Engineer to join our Barlines area to support the Team in efficient and safe manufacture of high-quality product through the application of Lean manufacturing principles & concepts, zero loss mindset and to drive best in class results across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale (SQDCM).
**How you will contribute**
You will:
+ Partner the Area Lead in efficient and safe manufacture of high-quality product through Servant Leadership, the application of Integrated Lean Six Sigma (IL6S) principles & concepts, zero loss mindset and driving best in class results in SQDCSM for the designated Area / Lines across all shifts.
+ Owns Loss Analysis of the Area and engages the line teams in loss analysis, deployment of targets, and managing loss elimination activities.
+ Recommends productivity projects based on loss analysis and utilises engineering experience to lead or support the delivery of these projects with VSU methodology.
+ Builds capability on the floor by identifying, helping fix problems and improving systems using the IL6S tools.
**What you will bring**

+ Relevant engineering or technical experience, ideally within a fast-moving consumer goods environment
+ Knowledge of Integrated Lean Six Sigma (IL6S) principles
+ Working knowledge of caramel cooking
+ Working knowledge of nougat making
+ Working knowledge of extruding, sheeting and chocolate enrobing technologies
+ Working in teams and independently with appropriate guidance
+ Prioritizing and managing activities
+ Identifying problems proactively and creating and implementing solutions
+ Applying fundamental technical understanding to interpret and analyse data and to reach clear conclusions.
+ Communicating technical information effectively verbally and in writing
+ Technical curiosity, continuous learner and a drive to ensure technical rigor.
+ Strong project management skills
+ Good inter-personal skills/stakeholder management on all levels
+ Excellent communication skills
**Education** :
Engineering/Science degree from good schools
