한국필립모리스(주) 양산 공장

한국필립모리스㈜는 국내에 진출한 다국적 담배 회사 중 최초로 2002년 경남 양산시 유산동에 제조 시설을 설립했습니다. 원료 가공 시설 도입 및 포장 공정 설비 확장을 위해 약 3,000억 원을 투자하여 2012년에 경남 양산시 북정동에 신공장을 완공했습니다. 최첨단 자동 생산 시설을 갖춘 양산 공장은 연간 400억 개비의 생산 규모를 갖추고 있습니다.

한국필립모리스㈜ 양산 공장은 국내에서 유통되는 담배를 직접 제조할 뿐만 아니라, 뛰어난 품질을 인정받아 현재 뉴질랜드, 인도네시아 등으로 제품을 수출하고 있습니다. 설비 투자와 고용 창출뿐 아니라 국내 업체와의 협력 확대, 해외로의 완제품 수출 증대 등을 통해 지역 및 국가 경제에 기여하고 있습니다.

 

 

 

Accountabilities

Ensure that processes and machinery standards are sustainable, correctly defined and properly documented.Act as the SME for defined technologies and be the contact person for the Global CoE teamsWork together with the technical staff within the area to fill the identified skills gap and develop the adequate technical expertise.

 

Ensure compliance to all PMI and legal standards, policies and guidelines related to Environment, Health, Safety, Sustainability to prevent personnel, asset or societal loss.

Act and promote an interdependent and transparent safety culture fostering the utilization of preventive/predictive approach in line with Open+/IOS

 

Act as an expert and support the production and supporting teams for all queries related to the product quality/ process / systems used in production in adherence with OPEN+ pillars & system

Manage the technical / scientific knowledge related to their production area (Product & Process & Systems) to consistently support the floor and maintain a high level of expertise.

Create / review documents that cover production processes under his responsibility (i.e.: process flow diagram, process risk assessment, process control points…) and provide training

Support/Investigate in a timely manner non-conformities and trends. Liaise with concerned parties to find out the root cause and take relevant preventives/correctives actions. Ensure a proper follow up and reporting of open actions.

Ensure process/procedures compliance to QMS systems

 

Lead/coordinate complex process/system project from the definition of options/solutions (technical development/research) to the implementation and post projects monitoring.

Create and develop supporting documentation to simplify the transfer knowledge and facilitate production data management.

Lead/coordinate or participate in special project teams to improve overall factory performance and foster the implementation of global initiatives.

Act as single point of contact for leading global/regional productivity initiatives

Act as SME and provide support during internal and/or external audits. Ensure the follow up of actions identified in his area of intervention.

 

Conduct Loss Analysis of key productivity KPIs and develop action plan to eliminate the gap

Lead/participate in Productivity Office as an SME or Project leader to eliminate loss

Look for Knowledge Transfer Packages (KTP)/Solutions from other affiliates to eliminate loss

 

Communicate in timely manner on loss elimination priorities, plans and responsibilities to ensure cross-functional alignment.

Share knowledge and methods to encourage and foster benchmarking, reapplication and continuous improvement.

Take responsibility for the completion of own training and development plan and comply with the established requirements.

Provide coaching, counselling and guidance to the production staff and less experienced peers by sharing technical expertise and knowledge on a frequent basis.

Identify training needs and provide training programs to ensure a successful knowledge transfer and ensure the compliance in terms of requirements and support for current and long-term facility / departmental objectives achievements.

 

 

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

University Graduates (Major in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering preferred)Min. 2 years in industrial environment or Lean manufacturing experience is a plusStrong data analytical thinking, Complex Problem-solving, Project Management and Communication/Collaboration skillFluency in Korean and EnglishFunctional Skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, etc.), Data analysis (Python, SQL, etc.), Data visualization (Power BI)
