This is a leadership role where you will collaborate with other production teams to ensure problem-free production and contribute to problem-solving efforts. You will show your expertise regarding working on increasing efficiency and carrying out process improvement activities in production lines.

How you will contribute

You will:

Collaborate with other production teams to ensure problem-free production and contribute to problem-solving efforts.Take part in the Food Safety team and complete actions related to the Food Safety Management Systems department.Work to increase efficiency and implement process improvement activities on production lines.Work to reduce losses, resolve quality problems, and prevent accidents on production lines.Conduct inspections in work areas and ensure compliance with specific rules regarding hygiene, product quality, and occupational safety.Work to ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the environment and equipment, and support production Team Leaders.Ensure all process data is recorded and the accuracy of the records is monitored in accordance with established standards.Ensure production reports are processed into SAP as specified, and ensure action is taken regarding any identified problems.Ensure that raw materials and packaging materials used in production are consumed in specified quantities and in accordance with established standards, conduct inspections, and take measures against any non-conformances.Minimize the amount of rework that may occur in production due to quality, process, or other reasons, in line with targets, and to develop projects to achieve this.Conduct studies to prevent the recurrence of defective products that may occur in production and to implement these effectively in production.Take an active role in any new project (new line, modification, equipment development, etc.) and ensure that expectations are met.Actively participate in continuous improvement activities and projects, taking a decisive role, and to carry out assigned tasks in line with expectations.Participate in the planning processes for appropriate raw materials, packaging materials, manpower, restructuring, and machinery requirements required for production, ensuring coordination with other company departments and ensuring that needs are met.Participate in new product development projects with the Research and Development, Marketing, and Business Development departments.Undertake tasks, as determined by the manager, to ensure that production meets customer demands, orders are produced completely and accurately, and orders are communicated to the relevant units within the organization.Lead all necessary investment and development processes to ensure optimal availability of technical assets to meet all planned production, quality, and cost targets on time; present these to the Production Manager; and implement and manage production activities after the investments are installed.Take an active role in efficiency studies conducted in the Chewing Gum Department to continuously increase the competitiveness of our products and operations.Conduct or request studies to ensure that the Production Department's activities are carried out with minimum cost and maximum efficiency, set goals, monitor developments, and inform the Production Manager about these studies and make recommendations.Ensure that Quality, Occupational Safety, and all other legal and company expectations are met by defining and implementing ideal internal strategies/procedures; and establish necessary monitoring and controls.
