Job Description
As a Process Engineer, you’ll be the tactical driver of autonomous manufacturing initiatives—bridging strategy and execution at the regional level. Your day-to-day will involve a mix of office-based planning and hands-on validation, with roughly 50% of your time spent engaging directly with processes and technology. You’ll collaborate closely with senior engineers and leadership to implement affiliate-level plans, validate processes, and support standardization efforts. Expect to work on technology pilots involving MES/ERP integration, robotics, and digitalization, ensuring solutions are tested, validated, and aligned with global standards. You’ll provide oversight on test and validation plans, enable data collection teams, and help affiliates shape capital investment plans based on standardization goals. This role requires adaptability, technical expertise, and strong collaboration skills as you partner daily with strategic leaders to execute advancements that drive manufacturing competitiveness.
