Process Engineer

Make It Uniquely Yours.** As a Process Engineer, you will be the technical anchor for your production section, bridging the gap between strategy and execution. Your key responsibilities will include: + Champion Continuous Improvement: Lead and facilitate Focused Improvement (FI) activities, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Loss Tree Analysis, and Kaizen events to systematically reduce downtime and inefficiencies. + Drive Key Initiatives: Orchestrate the implementation of critical operational standards and methodologies such as SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Die), Centerlines, Daily Management System (DMS), and Autonomous Maintenance (AM). + Enable Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze performance data (e.g., via Shoplogix) to identify trends, drive line loss analysis, andassist with developing actionable 90-day plans to build team capability and achieve targets. + Coach and Develop Talent: Partner with Production Leaders to coach and mentor associates, fostering a culture of problem-solving and empowering teams to own their processes. + Lead and Collaborate: Provide direction and performance management for Continuous Improvement Specialists, while collaborating cross-functionally to support innovation projects, including Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV). + Uphold Our Standards: Be a relentless champion for Safety and Quality, ensuring all objectives and standards are not only met but exceeded. **More about this role** **What you need to know about this position:** **Job specific requirements:** + **Required experience:** + Experience working and collaborating with factory workers/union environment + 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with hands-on exposure to TPM, Total Productive Maintenance ( **TPM** ), Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Progressive Maintenance ( **PM** ) systems Lean, or other Continuous Improvement methodologies (e.g., Root Cause Analysis, Kaizen, Breakdown Analysis, among others) to eliminate production losses + Proven ability to engage, influence, and lead teams without direct authority. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using tools like DMAIC, RCA, and 5Why. + Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills. + Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel for data analysis. **What extra ingredients you will bring:** **Preferred experience** + 2+ years of direct or indirect people leadership experience. + Proficiency in Power BI , Power Apps,SAP and Minitab + Certifications- A Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt **Preferred** + Value Stream Mapping, Statistical Process Control (SPC) **Preferred** + Analytical, Project management skills , technical aptitude **Education / Certifications:** Required Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related technical field. **Work schedule: Monday to Friday 1st shift 7am to 3 pm** **Salary and Benefits:** + The base salary range for this position is $61,100 - $84,050 . The exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
