What's the Job?

Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality. Analyze production data to identify areas for process improvements and implement effective solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot process issues and develop corrective actions. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations across all processes. Document process changes and provide training to operational staff to ensure smooth implementation.

What's Needed?

Proven experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
