About the role
Airswift is seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team in Perth, WA. As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimising and maintaining efficient industrial processes and systems. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work for a leading engineering and technical services provider.
What You’ll Be Doing
Designing, developing, and implementing effective industrial processes and systems to support operational efficiency
Interpreting and analysing process data to uncover opportunities for optimisation and continuous improvement
Identifying and resolving process-related challenges to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive enhancements across engineering and production workflows
Preparing detailed technical documentation and reports to support process improvement initiatives
Ensuring all activities align with industry regulations and uphold the highest safety standards
What We’re Looking For
A bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Process Engineering, or a related discipline
3–5 years of hands-on site experience in a similar engineering role
Solid understanding of the mining and engineering sectors, with proven exposure to gold projects
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively across teams
Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and safety protocols
A proactive and solutions-focused approach to engineering challenges
