Join Corteva Agriscience™ as a Process Engineer supporting our biological production sites. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement. This position is ideal for early-career engineers passionate about manufacturing, EHS, and innovation.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support for daily operations, troubleshooting, and process optimization.Collaborate with R&D, technical teams, and site leadership to develop new formulations, extend shelf-life, and manage quality improvements.Lead and implement improvement plans aligned with business needs, promoting a continuous improvement mindset.Ensure compliance with procedures, recipes, raw material sourcing, change management, product dispatch, and regulatory requirements.Deliver hands-on support to foster a safe and compliant workplace, advancing the site's safety culture and implementing EHS improvement plans.Analyze manufacturing performance data, identify trends, and recommend opportunities for improvement.Provide training to production teams on manufacturing processes and safety standards.Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Participate in audits, self-assessments, and regulatory compliance activities.Lead Management of Change (MOC) processes and contribute to capex project reviews as needed.

RequirementsEngineering degree in a relevant discipline (required); professional certification is a plus.1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and EHS standards/regulations.Fluency in English.Strong project management and organizational skills; able to set priorities and work independently.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.Demonstrated ability to train and present effectively.Proficiency in computers, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
