This role ensures that new and existing systems meet customer expectations and performance requirements, while also serving as a key resource for advanced troubleshooting and technical input. This position is part of the **Engineering** **team** located in **London, Ontario** and will be **remote in** **Canada** **.** **In** **this** **role, a** **typical** **day** **will** **look** **like** **:** + Executecustomerprojectstooptimizesystemdesign and meetwatertreatment performance requirements. + Supportcommissioningteamswith test plans, operatingprotocols, data analysis, and reporting. + Review and approveproposalsfromApplicationsEngineering. + Provideguidancetoaftermarket sales and serviceteamsforsystemoptimization and issueresolution. + Consultwith R&D onproductdevelopment and optimization. + Travelwithin North Americatocustomer sites as needed. + Analyzewaterquality and treatmentneedsto define operationalbestpractices. + Troubleshootsystem performance issues and recommendcleaningsolutions. + InterpretP&IDs and systemhydraulicstoidentifydesignconstraints. + Generatehigh-quality performance reportsbasedonoperating data. **The** **essential** **requirements** **of** **the** **job** **include** **:** + Bachelor’sdegree in chemicalengineeringorrelatedfieldwith a minimumof 5 years’ experience in waterorwastewatertreatmentequipmentsystems. _OR_ Master’s degree in chemicalengineeringorrelatedfieldwith a minimumof 3 years’ experience in waterorwastewatertreatmentequipmentsystems. + Strongprocessknowledge and troubleshootingskills in Microfiltration, Ultrafiltration, and Reverse Osmosis. + Advancedabilitytoanalyzewaterquality and systemhydraulics. + Experiencewithfoulantanalysis and cleaningsolutiondevelopment. + Abilitytotravel up to 10% within North America.
