Description Responsibilities and Duties Lead by example and ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and company policies and procedures. Support final design concepts, configurations, and installation of Melt Shop and Roaster equipment and processes at the Zanesville Plant prior to start-up. Provide technical support during commissioning and start-up phases. Continuously assess and implement process improvements to enhance equipment reliability, productivity, capacity, throughput, quality, and efficiency. Collaborate with Operations and Engineering teams to optimize production while reducing costs. Lead continuous improvement initiatives. Collect and analyze operational data using scientific and statistical methods; develop and maintain reports to monitor key performance indicators. Support capital improvement projects. Conduct risk analyses of equipment, processes, and systems.
