**Position Summary** We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Process Engineer to join our Corporate Solutions team. This critical role will focus on optimizing, re-engineering, and automating key business processes across corporate banking operations. The successful candidate will apply process improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce risk, ensure compliance, and elevate the client experience for our corporate stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity to lead impactful transformation initiatives within a mission-driven financial institution. **Key Responsibilities** Business Process Analysis & Design • Analyze current-state processes across Corporate Procurement, Travel Solutions, Learning Solutions, and Intranet platforms. • Map and document complex financial workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. • Design future-state processes that optimize cost, efficiency, risk mitigation, and client satisfaction. Process Optimization & Automation • Identify and implement opportunities for process simplification and automation using RPA, BPM suites, and other digital tools. • Collaborate with IT and Digital Transformation teams to define system enhancement requirements. • Monitor and measure the impact of process changes on KPIs such as cycle time, error rates, and operational costs. Risk & Compliance Management • Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams to embed controls and ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations (e.g., RBI, AML/KYC, data privacy). • Contribute to risk assessments and regulatory compliance initiatives. Stakeholder Collaboration & Change Management • Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and communicate changes. • Support change management through training, guidance, and adoption strategies. Continuous Improvement • Lead and participate in Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile-based continuous improvement initiatives. • Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure sustained benefits and identify further optimization opportunities. **Qualifications** **Education** • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. • Master’s degree or certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), BPM, or related disciplines are highly desirable. **Experience** • Proven experience in process engineering, business analysis, or operational excellence within financial services, preferably banking. • Demonstrated success in re-engineering complex business processes with measurable outcomes. • Familiarity with corporate banking operations and regulatory frameworks in India is a strong advantage. **Skills** • Process Expertise: Proficient in BPMN and process mapping tools. • Analytical Acumen: Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. • Financial Domain Knowledge: Understanding of banking operations and compliance. • Methodologies: Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile. • Automation Aptitude: Exposure to RPA platforms and BPM tools. • Data Analysis: Skilled in Excel, basic SQL; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). • Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. • Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally and influence change.
