Our client, a leader in investment management, is seeking a Process Engineer to join their team. As a Process Engineer, you will be part of the Global Incident Management team supporting the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) initiatives and streamlining the Global Incident Management program, leading the design of the new process. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Process Engineer
**Location:** Baltimore, MD
**Contract:** 6-Months
**Pay Range:** $75/hr - $80/hr W2
**What's the Job?**
+ Assess, redesign, and pilot the end-to-end incident global management operational model, including the client reimbursement program.
+ Integrate recommendations from the EY incident management program with Business Resiliency and Crisis Management processes.
+ Design triage and communication flows, including conflict resolution protocols for cross-region, cross-functional incidents.
+ Document prioritized business requirements for technical development and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
+ Drive participant workshops and validate processes with leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
+ Lead disciplinary or cross-functional program of notable risk, acting as an advisor to management and key external stakeholders on broad-ranging projects with global and enterprise-wide impacts.
+ Identify global taxonomy, process, and template standardization needs, including client reimbursement, escalation, KPIs/SLAs, and post-incident analysis. Develop RACI to support the re-imagined operational model.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
+ 8+ years of total relevant work experience, including preferred experience streamlining enterprise incident management functions.
+ Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification or equivalent experience executing projects.
+ Working knowledge of Agile Project Management and Change Management.
+ Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
