Are you someone who can:

Maintain exceptional service that meets customers’ expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutionsCultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SME’s, project managers and senior staff membersDesign and enhance business processes to ensure optimal resource utilization and operational efficiencies, aligned with business strategiesInclude governance considerations in process reviews with respect to legislative, audit requirements, and internal policiesInvestigate and analyze opportunities, develop them into business cases focused on efficiency, cost savings, quality, or customer experience, and present these cases to stakeholders for project prioritizationPerform root cause analysis where we experience process breakdowns and develop counter measuresIdentify key metrics for measurement after process enhancements are implemented and report on the resultsParticipate and contribute to a development culture where information regarding successes, issues, trends and ideas are actively shared

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Metallurgy) or InformaticsHave 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar environment, of which 2 to 3 years is on a senior specialist levelHave relevant industry certifications as an added advantage
